Songssaa offers free USPS shipping on all orders in the United States over $100.

All Songsaa products will ship from the North Shore of Kauai.

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days and can take anywhere from 5-10 business days for deliveries within the U.S.

For our beautiful people outside of the U.S., thank you for finding us!

We are figuring out how to make the ordering process easeful for you~in the meantime please email us with your order:


International orders will be shipped out within 1-2 days after your order has been received.

Depending on where you are located in the world, your oil may take anywhere between 8-16 days to arrive.

Once your order ships you will receive an email confirming your tracking information.

We hope you love your Songsaa purchase!

Due to the delicate nature of our product we do not offer refunds.

All sales are final.

If your product was damaged during delivery please contact us immediately at aloha@songsaahawaii.com

Please include your name, order # and clear photos of the damage.

We will send a replacement at no additional charge provided the issue is reported within 48 hours.

If you would like a replacement you may be asked to send the damaged item back to us within 5 days of receiving it. We will pay for the shipping.

Never be without your Songsaa Hawaii essentials! We offer the opportunity for you to always have a bottle of magical oil on hand.

You can choose to regularly receive your oil every 30, 60 or 90 days. Your credit card will be charged accordingly.

Your subscription activates from the day that we receive your subscription sign-up. Your first shipment will be sent to you within 2 business days of receiving your sign-up.

Your next shipment will be processed 30, 60 or 90 days after the date your subscription request was placed, according to the duration that you selected.

How to Subscribe:

1. Create or log in to your Songsaa Hawaii account, and navigate to the page of your desired product.

2. Once on the product page, select the oil and then click the “Subscribe” option. 

3. From there, you will be asked to choose how often you would like to receive that product: every 30, 60 or 90 days. 

5. You will guided to pay and check out. Once all of that is completed, you are set!

Changing Your Subscription: 

If you would like to switch or update credit cards, please email us to cancel your original subscription, and simply subscribe anew with your updated credit card through our website.  

Subscription plans may be canceled via e-mail to: aloha@songsaahawaii.com

Your cancellation will become effective from 48 hours after your email is received by us.  

If your subscription has already been renewed for the given duration, the cancellation will be effective from the next scheduled shipment.
